Visual design working within the Amazon brand guidelines to create printed direct mail, truck, billboard, and experiential mobile application design for Amazon.com fulfillment jobs across several US cities.
The direct mail campaign alone went out to 12 US markets and generated more than 22,700 website visits, resulting in 1,598 job applications for openings with the Integrity client, Amazon (surpassing the goal by 7%). In addition, the campaign resulted in a record-breaking 14% landing page conversation rate.
Winner of the 2017 American Staffing Association (ASA) Genius Award for Direct Mail Campaign in the $100M class. ASA Genius Awards recognize the best communications and marketing campaigns or products among member staffing companies—based on originality and innovativeness of approach and effectiveness based on outcomes.
